Your partner on the island
We founded Services Lanzarote so that as an owner you have one central point of contact for property management and all associated work, carried out by our own teams or through reliable partners.
Who we are
Based in Costa Teguise, we are a multiservice company with our own teams for maintenance, renovations, pool and terrace projects, cleaning coordination and much more on Lanzarote.
When the work requires a specialized tradesperson, we organize that through our network. The long-term collaboration with those professionals often gives you better terms than if you hire directly.
We are not an anonymous portal. We are people who know your property and who respond when needed.
